Hi we a staying at the Art of Animation in the Cars suite with our 4 kids. We plan to get groceries since our meal plan only includes 2 meals and have breakfast in the room. How much space is there in the kitchen? Is there a fridge or microwave or dishes?

    Hi, Melissa!
Thanks for checking in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so excited you get to stay in a family suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. My family loved staying in a Nemo suite and we were so amazed by the Cars area. The Cozy Cone Pool is the coolest.

The kitchenette will have some room for you to keep food items on a small counter and some shelving. There's also a cabinet under the sink that has some storage space. The refrigerator is a little larger than a standard "dorm-style" refrigerator. There is also a small microwave. The suite comes with plastic silverware and paper plates and bowls, along with some paper cups. We purchased some cereal and milk when we visited so our family could eat a simple breakfast before heading out to the parks.

I hope that helps you plan out your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let me know if I can help with any additional questions!
