Staying AoA and wanted to take advantage of not driving to visit jelly rolls/ boardwalk. Best bus route? AoA to EPCOT (then probably walk) outbound, then bus from BW to Downtown to get bus home to AoA if we are still partying after EPCOT closing?

    Greetings Katie!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! You are going to love staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  I would personally recommend taking the bus from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios and then either making the short 10-15 minute walk or catching the Friendship Ferry (water taxi) to Disney's BoardWalk. The bus depot at Epcot is located at the front of the park so you would need theme park admission in order to walk through the park and access Disney's BoardWalk via the International Gateway. I do agree that taking the bus from the BoardWalk to Downtown Disney and then transferring to a bus bound for Disney's Art of Animation Resort would be your best return route if Disney's Hollywood Studios has closed for the evening and bus transportation has stopped from that location. Disney buses usually run up to one hour after park closing or until the park is cleared of all guests.

I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to visit us again with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Katie!

    Happy Travels,
