    We are staying at AoA and have purchased the Disney Dining Plan. We have not bought our tickets yet. Can I get tickets through AAA, Undercover Tourist, etc and still be eligible for dining or do they have to come directly from Disney.com?

    Hi Tracey,

    The Disney Dining Plan must be purchased as part of a package which includes a room at Disney resort hotel, the Dining Plan, and park tickets.

    This means that in order to get the Dining Plan you have to also buy at least one or two park ticket days directly from Disney (or an annual pass). Theoretically, you could under-purchase the number of days needed from Disney and then buy the rest from an independent broker, but my guess is that the cost savings you'd get from AAA, UT, etc. would be eliminated by having to start your ticket purchase over at day one, since the price per day on any Disney ticket becomes reduced the longer you stay.
