    We will be staying at the AOA The Little Mermaid room in 16 days!!! Woohoo! Is there a microwave we can use to heat up some oatmeal for breakfast? and/or a toaster we can use for bagels? Also, is there a way to order or purchase some groceries?

    Hi, Rebeca! The day is almost here when your family gets to be part of that world; Walt Disney World, that is!

    I love the Little Mermaid section of Disney's Art of Animation Resort, and have stayed there twice with my family. Little secret for you - when entering the lobby, look up at the storyboard panels that are hung from the feature chandelier. These panels depict various scenes of the movies represented at this Resort. Take a few moments and look for the Ursula tile. Pat Carroll, who was the voice of Ursula in "The Little Mermaid," stopped by the Resort this past summer to sign this storyboard panel. So cool!

    While there are no microwaves or toasters in the Little Mermaid standard rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you will find them in the Resort's Landscape of Flavors food court. You are more than welcome to use these during your stay.

    There are several great grocery delivery service options in the Orlando area. I have used Garden Grocer four times and have never had a problem. You will be able to select your preferred date and time of grocery delivery. A Garden Grocer representative will contact you once your order has been delivered to Bell Services at your Resort. Bell Services will be able to keep your cold items chilled while in their care.
