    We are staying at the AoA in January 2016 and we have an early breakfast reservation at Ohana the day of Check in, if our room is not ready is there anywhere our luggage can be held while our room is ready?

    Hi, Patzi! Congratulations on your upcoming trip! It will be here before you know it! Yes, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services. They will give you a claim ticket and store them until your room is ready. You can hit the Parks and start your Magic! When you return to the Resort, you can pick up your luggage, or you can have your luggage delivered to your room.  There's no charge for delivery, but you'll want to give the bell man a gratuity. It's a nice option to have at the end of wonderful first day. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
