We are staying at AOA in Feb. DD has a life threatening illness.I have requested VIP Cleaning at the suggestion of a Dis.Rep.,but I am not sure what this is?I remember her mentioning New sheets & carpet cleaned. What about the bedspreads & pillows?

Hi, Belinda!  With the VIP cleaning, which is meant for guests with potentially life threatening illnesses or allergies, everything in the room that could be an allergen is addressed.  In addition to deep cleaning of the carpets and steam cleaning of the draperies, all of the linens will be ones washed in fragrance and dye free detergents.  Pillows will be hypoallergenic, and bedspreads will be included among the linens washed in fragrance and dye free detergents.

The cleaning also includes a very intense dusting, which works to address every single area of the room to make sure your daughter's stay is safe and comfortable.  If there are any concerns, you can make specific requests of housekeeping that they will do their best to honor.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
