    We're staying at the AoA and have the dining plan that includes a refillable mug. Can we only refill the mug at the AoA or at any hotel's counter service restaurant?

    Welcome back to the Moms Panel, Alaine!  You are going to love DIsney's Art of Animation Resort!  I recently enjoyed a lovely stay in one of The Little Mermaid standard guest rooms and loved the immersive storybook theming and attention to detail found throughout the entire resort!  This is a great question! According to DIsney policy, refillable mugs are valid for the length of your stay and may be refilled at quick-service locations only in your Disney Resort. My family loves to purchase the refillable mugs and find them to be a great value!  I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions.
