We are staying at animal kingdom in October 2019 we have park tickets do we need special ticket to attend the Halloween party

Hi there, Leanne! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and ask your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

It is finally the most wonderful and spooky time of the year! Fall at Walt Disney World Resort is now here and, with it, comes a bunch of seasonal fun! One of the most fun events, in my opinion, is Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This event transforms the Magic Kingdom into a creepy fall festival that's crawling with exclusive entertainment, park-wide trick-or-treating, and rare Disney Character Meet and Greats! In addition, Guests can now catch the all-new Disney's Not So Spooky Spectacular fireworks show that features none other than the Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is considered a special event so separate tickets are required in order to attend this event. If you and your family would like to attend this event, I would highly recommend purchasing tickets before your arrival! Historically, many nights of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party sellout as there are only a limited number of tickets available for purchase. To avoid missing out on this fantastic event, be sure to purchase your admission as soon as possible!

Hopefully, this has given you some idea of what to expect from Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! Have fun continuing to plan for your upcoming vacation!
