I am staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge 16th October-30th October this year and wondered do we need to bring beach towels with us, for when we are spending time by the pool and when we go to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon parks or are they provided for us?

    Hi Lousie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we are here to help with your Walt Disney World vacation questions and happy to do so.

Visiting Walt Disney World, in the Fall, is one of my favorite times to enjoy the temperatures, the bright colors and bountiful Fall decorations, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival, along with the happy haunting celebration of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And enjoying the incredible grounds of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a true experience. Guest wishing to take a splash in the pool, will have towels available for them. They will be found in the pool area.

If visiting one of the two Walt Disney World water parks, Guests are able to rent towels at a minimal cost of about $2.00/Guest. Visit Snowless Joe's at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and High N' Dry Rentals at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park for your towel rentals.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
