Hi, We're staying at Animal Kingdom lodge in November and wanted bed rails on one of the beds in our room. Do we need to reach out in advance of our reservation or can we let them know when we check in that day?

    Hi Matthew!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy you will be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth in the near future.  I hope you and your crew have a wonderful vacation.

I am currently answering your question from Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas- Kidani Village.  I have asked a Cast Member who works at the front desk and they have told me that you can do request the rails ahead of time or when you arrive.  They have plenty and will be happy to come put them on the bed for you.   Isn't that great?  I know I used them a lot when my kiddos were smaller and they worked out great, especially when they outgrew the pack 'n' play.

I hope this has helped.  Please let me know if I can answer any further questions for you.  I love lending a helping hand every chance I get.
