We will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village next week. Is it possible to have some local friends visit our villa for dinner one night? I wasn't sure if that was allowed during covid restrictions.

    Hello Brian!

Welcome Home! I’m so glad you popped in with this excellent question. There are so many changes going on right now, it is difficult to keep up with all of them. While there are more restrictions than usual, you would still be able to have personal guests visit you for dinner in your villa. I would give them your reservation number in case it is requested when they go to park their vehicle. Please know that they must be able to meet all health requirements and not be experiencing any symptoms as outlined in the Reopening Guidelines. They also would not be able to use Guest-only amenities at the resort such as the pool.

We often cook dinner in our villa, and it is a great way to stretch our budget on vacation. Did you know that Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village also has charcoal grills available for Guest use? If cooking or grilling isn’t your thing, you could also order take-out! You can now order “Sanaa To Go.” Simply use Mobile Order on the My Disney Experience Mobile App to bring the African and Indian flavors of Sanaa back to your villa! They even offer their famous Bread Service, which I highly recommend, especially for a group.

I hope this helps with your planning, Brian, and I hope you have a wonderful dinner with your friends.

    Wishing you Membership Magic!
