Hello- We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo) June 2019! I am having groceries delivered from garden grocer with a window from 4-9 but we won't arrive to the resort until around 10 pm. Will Bell services still be open at that time? Thanks!!

Hey, Aimee! This is a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us! I frequently use grocery delivery services during our stays at Walt Disney World Resort. We like to head back to our resort each afternoon to relax on our balcony or take a swim in the pool, so having snacks around are a must! When we have stayed in a Disney Vacation Club Villa, some of our most favorite evenings have been spent by the pool hanging out with other vacationing families while dad is nearby grilling burgers.

You can find many of your grocery and toiletry needs right in your resort's gift shop or merchandise location. If your grocery list is a bit more expanded, then either a trip to the local stores or using a delivery service is the way to go. Bell Services is available at your resort to accept your grocery order and deliver it to your room at any time of day or night. Once you arrive back from the parks, you are welcome to stop by Bell Services to retrieve your items. If you prefer, you can call Bell Services from your in-room phone to ask for them to deliver it to you. If you choose this option, then a $6 delivery fee will be added to your guest folio, which does not include any optional tip you may wish to provide the Cast Member assisting you. Please note that the fee's rate is subject to change at any time.

I hope this helps you plan for your upcoming pixie-dusted adventures! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
