    We are staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge and are excited about the pool. My 3 and 6 year olds do not know how to swim yet but enjoy "swimming" around the pool using those long support noodles. Are there any pool rules around this I need to kn

    Hi Ami,

    I love the pool at the Animal Kingdom Lodge! It has a zero entry section which makes a great place to splash at the edge.

    While it is up to the life guards to determine if a child can use a swim aide, I know you can use noodles. These are available at select resorts for guests to borrow. I have also seen arm swimming devices and even life vests.

    Disney is all about safety so lifeguards will make sure children are safe in the water.

    For additional guidance, ask the cast member at check in about pool rules or call the resort at 407-938-3000.
