If I am staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, am I allowed to visit (park in their parking lots) other resorts for shopping or non-reservation dining?

Hi Cynthia! Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is a great resort hotel choice! If you enjoy Disney Dining, I recommend visiting Boma – Flavors of Africa! The delicious menu at this all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet came tame the wildest of appetites!

Guests are allowed to visit hotels throughout the Walt Disney World Resort! Parking is free for Guests who are shopping, dining, or participating in activities or entertainment! The only time of year that parking at hotels, other than your own, has been somewhat restricted is during the busy holiday season. So, if you plan on visiting in the next two weeks, I recommend inquiring at the front desk whether there are any parking restrictions at other hotels.

Cynthia, if parking restrictions are in place, you can always count on Disney Transportation to get you to your preferred destinations. The best way to visit other resort hotels is to take transportation from your hotel to any of the Disney Parks. Once you arrive at the park, simply board another bus to visit the hotel you prefer. You can also access the Monorail or the Disney Skyliner!

    Dreams do come true!
