    I will be staying at Animal Kingdom Kidani Village with my family from Nov 11th-18th and will also be going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party that week so I know the park will be decorated for Christmas but I heard that the resorts may not be yet?

    Ooh...I'm SO excited for you! You're staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, one of my favorite Disney Resort hotels AND going to my very favorite special event of the entire year, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! You're going to have the most AMAZING vacation!

    My family visited the Walt Disney World Resort that same week last year, and I can tell you that holiday transformations were taking place all around the Resort. We were able to see lots of gorgeous Christmas decorations at various Disney Resort hotels, and when we visited Disney's Beach Club Resort for dinner on November 17th, the gingerbread carousel was even on display. The smell was absolutely scrumptious and we loved searching for all of the hidden Mickeys within the design! The Disney Parks Blog announced in July that the Walt Disney World Resort will kick off Christmas celebrations beginning November 8th this year, so I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll be able to see lots of gorgeous Christmas decorations during your visit. With beautiful decorations, festive holiday music, delicious holiday treats, and even amazing holiday smells, visiting during the holidays is definitely a feast for the senses!
