We will be staying at an allstar resort. Does the resort have wifi for our lap top computer?

There is no wireless internet access at the All Star hotels, or in any of the Disney resorts. However there is wired Internet access available in all of the Disney hotel rooms. There is a cable provided in the room which you can plug into your computer. Prices can change, but currently the cost is approximately $10 per contiguous 24-hour period. The only exception to this is that guests staying at Disney Vacation Club resorts  using DVC points, are allowed free Internet access, but this does not apply to the All Stars.

There are a few loopholes to this. I have had luck finding free wireless access in some of the public areas of the resorts, particularly those with convention space, like the Contemporary and the Yacht Club. I was at WDW in January and was waiting for a friend in the lounge area of the Wave restaurant at the Contemporary. I had wonderful free Wifi access on my iPad at that spot. There's no guarantee that this hasn't been changed, but it's certainly worth a shot.

    Good luck!
