    I am staying at AKVL July 25-30th with my ds26, dds 13,10&8 and hubby. Would you be able to help me plan an itinerary for parks and eating I have hoppers and dining plan. Looking for fun and different stuff of course! Your answers are great!! Thank

    Gina,

    Always love to hear such kind words!

    So here is an initial plan to consider;

    • July 25 - Magic Kingdom (PM)
      • Lunch: Saana (Animal Kingdom Villas) before heading to park.
    • July 26 - Hollywood Studios (all day)
      • Dinner: 50s Prime Time Cafe
    • July 27 - Animal Kingdom (AM & afternoon) / Epcot (evening)
      • Lunch: Tusker House (buffet) or Flame Tree BBQ (quick service)
      • Dinner: Biergarten
    • July 28 - Magic Kingdom (all day)
      • Dinner: Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge)
    • July 29 - Hollywood Studios (AM) / Epcot (PM)
      • Dinner: Rose and Crown
    • July 30 - Magic Kingdom (until departure)
    Dining suggestions here assume villa kitchen breakfasts to get you started in the parks earlier, and larger dinners. With older kids, try to take advantage of later evening hours when younger kids will have already turned in, and lines shorten a bit.

    The glaring omissions are two Animal Kingdom Lodge restaurants, Boma (buffet) and Jiko (fine dining). You should grab a bigger breakfast at Boma on some morning, and if you are up for some more upscale dining, consider Jiko for a dinner some night.

    Write me back and let me know what other dining recommendations you would like.

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
