    We are staying at AKL Kidani Village in a couple weeks and were wondering where the closest place would be to pick up some snacks for our room? Do they have a store in our resort where we can pick up snack items, drinks and some small breakfast things?

    I just stayed at the Animal Kingdom Kidani Village a few months ago. What a beautiful extension of the original Lodge. The rooms and setting is just as breathtaking as the original and larger Animal Kingdom Lodge with a smaller and more intimate feeling to the lobby. The pool is beautiful and my boys love the kids splash area. If you get a chance, be sure to dine at Sanaa on the lower level. Amazing menu choices and an unbelievable view.

    There is a merchandise shop in the lobby that offers a small selection of food items and beverages, and the gift shop at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is just a short walk from Kidani Village, has a slightly larger selection of snacks and breakfast choices. You will be able to purchase items like chips, pretzels, cookies, doughnuts, cereal and milk. If you are looking for an even larger selection you may want to consider www.gardengrocer.com. This service allows guests to purchase groceries online and arrange for them to be delivered to their resort upon their arrival.
