    Staying at AKL 10/17-10/24. This is our first time staying at AKL. Want to call and request room that is close to lobby and bus stop. What would be the best location to request?

    When you do online check in, one of the two options you can check for is to be close to the bus transportation (which also means close to the lobby).

    But if you still want to call the resort and request specific areas, you should ask again to be close to the lobby, and then specifically for a room in the Giraffe Trail wing of the resort.

    Remember, however, that this wing will not give you a view to any actual animal trails, but instead to the parking lot on one side, and to the Uzima pool on the other. That is why I would ask for a view to the parking lot, so that you don't get all that residual pool-area noise.
