We will be staying @ AK one bedroom villa, and I was wondering what supplies come for the kitchen area? Will we need to bring paper towels, dish soap, cleaners for the counters etc?

    Hi Jill,

If you take a look at this Moms Panel question about the villas at the Wilderness Lodge, you'll find a list of all the items that come standard in the villas. (The AK villas have the same equipment as the WL villas.) To answer your specific question, paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher soap are all included in the villa. Specific counter cleaners are not.

You may also want to head on over to the independent website and look there for a four part article called "DVC Villa Kitchens." There are lots of photos there of the kitchen supplies as well as photos of the food items for sale at the resort gift shops.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
