When we stayed at Port Orleans French Quarters last year we were told that the credit limit that you can charge to your room using your magic band was $1,500 dollars. We want to use our magic bands for everything this year can your limit be increased?

    Hi, Richard!
Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask more questions.

I completely understand how you would want to keep your time in the parks simple and just pay everything using your MagicBands. Spending limits remain at the resorts, but there is a way to manage it all. When you hit the limit (your access to spending with your MagicBand freezes), or even before you get close to the limit, you can go to the front desk of your resort and settle your bill. That resets your spending limit and you can return to using your MagicBand for all spending.

I have a friend who hit the spending limit, while in a park and he was able to call his resort and settle the bill over the phone so he could return to using the MagicBand that day.

I hope that helps you relax and get ready to enjoy a fantastic vacation at Walt Disney World Resort! Let me know if I can help you answer any additional questions that pop up before you get to the resort.
