We stayed at POP but this time may stay at Caribbean or Coronado. We are doing QSDP. How close are the QS Dining areas to the rooms at these 2 resorts? Would like to be close to be able to use refillable drink mugs as we were in the POP preferred room.

Hi, Randolph!  The Caribbean Beach Resort and the Coronado Springs Resort are two of the most sprawling at Walt Disney World.  You can request rooms closer to the food court, but many of the rooms at these resorts are at least a few minutes walk away from the food court.

The rooms closest to the main buildings are going to be preferred rooms and cost a little bit more, but it certainly may be a worthwhile expense if you plan on using the food court frequently.  The walk from other parts of either resort are not exhausting, but I have stayed at both resorts where it took a good ten minutes to get to the food court.

I hope that helps with your planning!
