I stayed at the Disneyland Hotel early this year in the Frontierland Tower and cannot stop thinking about the pillows! I saw the tag was Sobel but couldn’t find anywhere on the pillow that had the exact name. Can you please tell me which pillows they are?

Welcome to planDisney, Wendy! We are delighted that you stopped by!

Ask Sleeping Beauty, and she'll tell you there's no better night's sleep than Disney sleep. My friend, Tony, jokingly says that the best way to recreate it at home is run around the block 87 times and then stand on a concrete patio for 8 hours!

As you noted, Sobel Westex is the brand used at Disney Resorts, and they offer all the comfort of a deluxe hotel room in your own home. There are many different options on the website, but the exact model used at the Disneyland Hotel is the Sobella Hypoallergenic Medium Pillow (SKU: PWSOB2030). This gel-filled pillow offers medium support, perfect for side sleepers. However, I prefer the Sobella Supremo Pillow, which has a little less loft and is suited for stomach sleepers. Now, if only we could find a website that sold musical headboards with fiber optic fireworks!

Wendy, we have lots of great tips and advice for travelers wanting to see Mickey on both coasts, so always feel free to write back! In the meantime, you can follow us on Instagram @plandisneypanel or Twitter @plandisney. We will have some exciting news to share real soon!

I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
