If I stay at a villa, studio, or FW cabins, can I bring and use a crock pot? We are going in January and I would love to toss a nice stew together in the morning and have it waiting for us when we return. I'm afraid Mousekeeping might shut it off.

You could bring a crock pot to any of the Disney hotel rooms that have real kitchens - villas or the Fort Wilderness cabins. Crock pots are not allowed at regular non-kitchen rooms.

I would not worry about mousekeeping staff turning off the pot. In my experience, they tend to leave personal items alone. However, if you were concerned, you could certainly leave a note next to pot asking the cleaning staff to leave the pot on.

Have a great visit to WDW.
