    Hi, If you stay in a value resort and the free dining offer come available, can you upgrade from the quick service to the Deluxe Plan? Thanks.

    Hi Eileen,

    The exact rules of the free dining vary depending on the specific promotion. This may not be true on every occasion, but yes, it often is possible to upgrade a free quick service dining plan to either the regular or deluxe plan. If this option is available, you can do this by paying the price difference between the usual quick service dining price and the price of the upgraded plan.

    To discuss the specifics of any particular free dining offer, you best bet is to call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY. They'll be able to tell you whether the offer you're interested in can be upgraded.
