    If you stay off-site but want to purchase WDW tickets, are you also able to purchase the dining plan or get the free promo? Or is it available to only those who stay on site?

    The Disney Dining Plan is only available as part of a Magic Your Way package that includes the Dining Plan, park tickets, and a WDW resort hotel room. Only guests staying on site at WDW would be available for the free dining promotion.
