    can i stay for extra magic hours even if i dont stay in a disney resort

    Richard,

    Extra Magic Hours are a perk especially for Disney Resort guests.  In order to enjoy them, guests will be asked to show their room key to show that they are staying on property, and then they must wear a special wristband to indicate this.

    If you choose to stay off-property, this would be a great time to explore one of the resorts or Downtown Disney.
