I would like to stay at Disney World Resorts April 15-18, we only have three days and would like to be able to see the Magic Kingdom Wish Parade/firewords from our room. Which hotels would work, and which room would we have to specify to be able to see it

    Hi Christina,

There are three resorts at Walt Disney World where you can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from your room. These are the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, and Contemporary (including the Bay Lake Tower). In each of these cases, you should be sure to request a "Theme Park View" room. These are the only rooms where you can actually see the fireworks from your own personal window or balcony. If theme park view rooms are not available, you would be welcome to watch the fireworks from a public area at any of these resorts such as the beach or several restaurants.

The Magic Kingdom parades are only viewable from inside the park, not from any resort viewing location. However, there is a sweet water "parade" called the Electrical Water Pageant, which you can view from the beach at any of the three resorts I listed above, plus the Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness.

Good luck with your planning and please let us know if you need additional information.
