Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julie! When you plan your magical Disney vacation, there are so many fun extras to choose. You mentioned Advanced Dining Reservations and the magical makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I'm so thrilled that you're looking into these experiences!
You do not need to say at a Walt Disney World Resort in order to make dining reservations at
Chef Mickey's. It is located inside Disney's Contemporary Resort, but anyone can make reservations to dine with Mickey and his pals there, so don't worry! My kids love this restaurant because they're always enthralled with the fact that they can look up and see the monorail running right through the lobby. Just make your reservations as soon as you're able because Chef Mickey's is a very popular restaurant, and the reservations book up super quickly!
My daughter has adored her makeovers at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. She has become both Cinderella and Snow White on separate visits, but both have given us such wonderful memories. I can still see her now, as she left the boutique in her Cinderella costume, with fancy hair and nails. She strutted around the park like royalty, and felt so special like a princess, the biggest smile on her face. It was wonderful! I can't wait for your little princesses to experience this too. No need to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort to make reservations for the Boutique either. There are two locations: one inside
Magic Kingdom Parkwhere you'd need a park ticket for the day, and one at
Disney Springs.
Have so much fun planning this exciting trip, Julie!
