If we stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, since it is part of Disney, is the monorail included FREE just like the other resorts?

Hi, Valerie!  First, Courtyard hotels are owned and operated by Marriott, and are not a part of the Walt Disney World resort.  There was a Courtyard on Hotel Plaza Boulevard in the Downtown Disney area, but the hotel has been closed for several years.  That hotel was not owned by Walt Disney World resorts, either.

However, the monorail is free for you to use as transportation at Walt Disney World.  The monorail goes to the Contemporary Resort, the Grand Floridian, and the Polynesian; and it takes guests to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.
