What is it like to stay at the Contemporary Resort? We are considering it for my daughter's 6th birthday. We stayed at the Port Orleans last year for her 5th. My son is 3. Will he enjoy it? Is it quiet enough for them to sleep at night?

Hey Catherine!  Thanks for the great question.  Okay I am going to be very honest with you.  I do love staying at the Contemporary because of the convenience to the monorail and the size of the rooms.  However, I personally find it to be a bit loud there.  It certainly won't be loud enough to keep a little one from sleeping, but you might be awaken by a few noises.  I also think the noise level depends upon the time you are staying there.  For instance I was there in December and it was really loud, but have stayed there during less busy times, and found it to be considerably quieter.  If you are afraid of it being loud why not check out the POLY?  The rooms are also a good size and there too you also have the luxury of the monorail system.
I hope this information helps you, and thank you so much for coming to the Mom's Panel.
