    Rhonda,

    Glad to help with restaurant suggestions! Probably my favorite part of all the planning!

    So for Friday dinner, I would suggest any of the following, based on your dining preferences;
    Whispering Canyon Cafe - Fun atmosphere, western fare
    'Ohana - Great family dining, with a wonderful view of the lagoon by the Magic Kingdom
    Narcoossee's - A higher end experience, with a great view of the lagoon as well
    Chef Mickey's - If you want to get a character meal experience in
    California Grill - The best restaurant in Walt Disney World in my opinion, with a wonderful vantage point for Wishes Fireworks

    For Saturday lunch or dinner, there are two places I recommend;
    50s Prime Time Cafe - Fun atmosphere with great american comfort food
    Hollywood Brown Derby - Higher end dining, for a little glamor

    Now for quick service, here are my park-by-park favorites;
    Magic Kingdom: Pecos Bills
    Epcot: Tangierine Cafe
    Hollywood Studios: Sunset Ranch Market
    Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ

    If it were me, I would opt for Whispering Canyon on Friday, and 50s Prime Time on Saturday. Flame Tree is, in my opinion, the best quick service dining in any park.

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
