Hello I want to stay at the Boardwalk Villas but on the website it says the one bedroom villa holds 4 adults I was told by a DVC owner that it holds five. I would like to have the option to have an extra person come. I have 3 adults and one teenager.

I am so glad you will be staying at Disney's BoardWalk Villas! As Disney Vacation Club Members, BoardWalk Villas is our Home Resort, and we have made countless memories enjoying the charm of Disney's BoardWalk. Let's take a look at your upcoming stay!

I confirmed that the current DVC policy for the 1-Bedroom Villa at Disney's BoardWalk Villas is that a fifth guest can be accommodated, but no additional linens, towels, or bedding will be provided. Additionally, the policy states that the fifth person is only accommodated for rooms booked by Members using Vacation Points. So this policy would not apply at Disney's BoardWalk Inn or if the room at the BoardWalk Villas is not booked using Points. If the room is booked using Points, you would need to list all five Guests on the reservation for safety purposes. While staying at the BoardWalk Villas, consider visiting AbracadaBar or BoardWalk Ice Cream for a beverage and snack before you enjoy the entertainment of the BoardWalk.
