Hi, Emily!
Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your great question! Absolutely! Disney Resort hotel guests may visit other Resorts on property to enjoy recreational activities, dining, and shopping. The only Resort amenity you will not be able to use are the pools at Resorts other than the one at which you are staying.
As a guest of
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you'll actually have exclusive access to what many consider to be the best themed pool on property! The
Big Blue Pool is simply incredible -- you'll be amazed by the larger-than-life sculptures of many of your favorite characters from the Disney/Pixar film
Finding Nemo. The
Cozy Cone Pool (inspired by the Disney/Pixar film
Cars) and the
Flippin' Fins Pool (themed to Disney's
The Little Mermaid) also feature colorful supersized elements and familiar characters from the hit films.
Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground offers horseback trail rides and pony rides as well as old-fashioned wagon and scenic carriage rides. I love heading over to the stables to visit the magnificent Percherons, Belgians and Clydesdales who call the ranch home. Follow this link for more details on
trail rides and other recreational activities at Fort Wilderness Resort. You can make reservations in advance (highly recommended) by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.
Wishing you a
magical stay full of new adventures! Please let me know if I can assist you further as you continue planning your visit.
