If you stay at AKL, not staying in Villas or a DVC member, can you use the Samawati Springs pool and kids water playground in Kidani Village. I am getting mixed answers on this subject

That's a great question, Maggie!  Although I have stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge on numerous occasions and most recently last month, I have never used their amazing pools. I did a little research to make sure I am giving you accurate information and called Disney directly as well. The cast member I spoke with confirmed that you are able to use the Samawati Springs Pool and Uwanja Camp at Kidani Village, in addition to the Uzima Pool at Jambo House.  Follow the link provided here to view the recreational activities that are available for guests staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort.  The pools at both Jambo House and Kidani Village are listed as recreational options for all guests staying on property. I hope this information helps!  Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or your Walt Disney World Vacation. Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Maggie!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
