Can out of state visitors buy an annual pass?

    Welcome to planDisney, Janet!

I was the proud owner of a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass until just recently, and I loved all of the benefits that I received. Not only could I visit the Most Magical Place on Earth any time that I wished, but I was also eligible for a ton of dining and merchandise discounts, as well!

Janet, I do not live in Florida, so I can tell you first-hand that you do not have to be an in-state resident to purchase an Annual Pass, however, you do have to purchase a Platinum Annual Pass. This pass generally does not have black-out dates but is also not discounted like the Florida Resident Annual Pass.

Unfortunately at this time new Annual Passes are not being sold. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements about when sales will resume!

    See you real soon!
