Hi Crystal, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you’re already planning ahead for a January visit! Getting an early start gives you the most options and plenty of time to think through all of those extra details that will make your vacation even more magical!
This is a great question about when to book your vacation in order to get the best deal. Pricing is always subject to change, and Disney frequently releases new
special offers. With that in mind, you may see some pricing changes between now and your January visit. With that said, I recommend booking your vacation as early as possible because that will give you the most options and widest availability of resort hotels and room options. It’s important to note that, if new offers become available, the cost of your package will not be automatically adjusted. However, you can
call to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can check for applicable discounts and help modify your reservation.
As you are thinking about all of the details for your vacation, be sure to check out the
Enchanting Extras Collection. Reservations for most of these experiences open 60 days in advance, so that would be around November for you. Some of my favorite experiences are fireworks cruises, Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom tour, and the Capture Your Moment photo sessions. These magical extras can be the special touches that make your vacation feel truly unforgettable and “practically perfect in every way!”
