    Starting to think about our families next trip - since both of my children will be in school the next time we go I was thinking about mid to late August. Has anyone been that time of year - pros and cons?

    Hi Sara! Thanks for the great question. When my daughter was younger, we went mid to the end of August for several years. For us it was great because many of the schools were back in session, so the parks were less crowded. Another huge plus for me is my most favourite Magic Kingdom special event, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, starts at the beginning of September. It is truly worth planning your vacation around. Where else can you put on costumes, go trick or treating, see your favourite characters, all while enjoying everything the amazing Magic Kingdom has to offer?
