Starting to plan a trip to Disney in April of 2010. I am curious to know what the weather is usually like and how bad the crowds will be. I'm thinking the dates will be 4/15 - 4/20. I have only been there the last week of July, will be much the same?

    Cathy,

The crowd size will be much the same with what you experienced in the last week of July. As for the weather, the National Weather Service says the average temperature in Orlando in April is 72 degrees. That is with a high of 83, and a low of 60. So the 60 will tell you how you need to dress at night if you are headed out for fireworks or dinner, and the the 83 tells you what the height of the day will mean.

As for rain, this is right BEFORE the rainy season (despite the poem about May Flowers!), so you don't have to worry about being rained out every day, probably.

    I hope that this helps!

Feel free to send me any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
