I am starting to our plan our 1st family vacation to WDW. My kids are now 16 mos & 4. At what age would you recommend visiting so that my youngest can take part in everything her older brother will be able to take part in, such as rides and such? Thank

    Hi Kimberly,

This is a common question the panel is asked to recommend ages for riding the attractions. As with anything in life, you have to know your princess and what she can handle at this age. The same is true for your four year old prince. You are the best judge of what your child can handle.

The best thing about the Walt Disney World Resorts is that Walt Disney dreamed it. He wanted parents and children to experience things together and not separate. So while they may not be as many roller coasters or death defining rides, it is because Walt wanted families together.

So provided an attraction does not have a height restriction, your children can experience the rides together. The safety guidelines are there to make sure everyone has a magical time.

I hope this helps you have a magical vacation together as a family!
