Starting to plan our April 2012 trip. If I buy our 10-day park hopper tickets before the usual August price hike 1. can I even buy them this far in advance and have them still be good 6 months later and 2. when I check in, can they be put on room key?

    Hi Laurie,

I like the way you think. While there is no mention of a scheduled price hike, you never know.

You absolutely can purchase your tickets now. They do not become active until you go through the turnstile at the first park you tour. Once you go through the turnstile, you have 14 days to use the remaining days on the ticket unless you add the No Expiration option.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to add your tickets to the room key. I really do not mind having a separate ticket for the park and a room key. This makes it easier for keeping my Key to the World card safe as I like to charge everything back to the room.

    Have a magical vacation!
