    I will start to make my reservations for the restaurants on february 20th. I want to know if I can make my reservation at midnight or if I have to wait for another hour (like 8 or 9 in the morning). I hope you understand... my english is not really good.

    Your English is fine. I completely understand what you're asking.

    If you are making your dining reservations online, reservations start being taken for the next calendar day at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. If you would like to make your reservations by phone, the lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST.

    Online reservations can be make at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/  or the phone number to call is 407-939-3463.
