I'm so excited to hear that you're headed to
The Most Magical Place on Earth this May! Spring is my absolute favorite season to visit Walt Disney World Resort and I'm positively twitterpated for you. The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you visit, and you won't want to miss sampling the outdoor kitchens and discovering the character topiaries (be sure to find my favorite, Kermit!).
But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, we have to make sure that you're able to make a payment for your trip! Vernon, please remember that vacation packages must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date.
To
make a payment on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you can do this either online or by phone. If you'd like to make a payment online, log into your account, hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down until you see your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, confirmation number, remaining balance, and a link that says "Make a Payment." Click this link and follow the prompts to complete your payment! If you'd prefer to speak to someone directly, you can always
call a Cast Member at (407) 939-7675. They will be more than happy to take a peek at your reservation and help you to make a payment! If you do decide to call, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. This way, you'll have the shortest wait times on the phone. Please know that Cast Members' help is currently in high demand as they work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! Having a little extra patience and sharing some kindness will be warmly welcomed.
Once you've completed your payment, I'd also suggest taking some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app! This app is a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. I love knowing that my meals and snacks will be ready for me before I ever feel a rumbly in my tumbly!
