I would like to start building our itinerary and booking our dinner res. Is it is possible that the posted "extra magic" hours will change? I really would hate to book everything based on the posted hours and then have it all change once we get t

    Hi Jennifer,

If I have learned anything in life, it is never say never. I can tell you that it would be extremely unusual for the extra magic hours to change once they are posted. This may be one of the reasons why Disney does not post them further in advance, to make sure they are pretty definite once they are listed. I can not recall a time that they have ever changed for any of our trips, nor can I remember ever seeing or hearing from other guests that they changed on their trips. Of course, severe weather situations would be the one reason I can think of for a sudden change but this is unknown even to Disney. I think you are okay to plan based on the announced hours and expect them to remain the same upon your arrival.

    Happy planning!
