Ahoy, Hilary! Welcome aboard, and thank you so very much for cruising by with your question.
Disney Cruise Line has so many really amazing
port adventures, it's an excellent idea to be thinking about them in advance. When you can actually book them depends on your
Castaway Club level.
Your
advanced booking window for things like port adventures and specialty dining is determined by whether or not you've cruised on a
Disney Cruise Line ship before, and how many sailings you've done. If you're brand new to Disney Cruise Line, first, WELCOME! Second, you can begin booking your port adventures 75 days prior to your sailing date. If you're a Silver Castaway Club member, someone who has completed 1-4 sailings, you can begin booking 90 days prior to your trip. Gold Castaway Club members get to book 105 days before sailing, and Platinum Club members can book 120 days in advance.
Hilary, the booking window opens right at midnight, so if there is something on your must-do list, you may want to put on the coffee pot and hang in there until the clock strikes midnight. Although in typical Disney fashion, things come to an end at midnight, in this case, it's just the beginning of your advanced booking window and a great time to jump on those port adventures that you don't want to miss.
Hilary, I hope the rest of your cruise planning is nothing but smooth sailing!
Anna
