    Do the Star Wars characters participate in Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween?

    No. I watched the Boo-To-You Parade during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party last week. There were no Star Wars characters there. Generally Star Wars characters only appear at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Then tend to be concentrated in the area right next to the Star Tours ride (as in the Jedi Training academy) or during the special Star Wars weekends.
