Hi Jessica,
We regularly use
Bell Services when we vacation at Disney World! Each of the Disney Resort hotels will have a Bell Services desk that will hold your luggage before check-in on your date of arrival or after check-out on your departure day. They will also deliver your luggage to your room later in the day. Once you get back to your room in the evening, you will need to call Bell Services on your in-room phone and request your bags be brought to your room. There is no extra charge for this service, but it is standard to tip based on the amount of bags they bring to your room.
On check-out day, you can call and ask for assistance with your bags. They will send someone to your room with a luggage cart. In the past, they have not let guests keep luggage carts and use them to transport their own luggage. You will need to have everything ready and they will help you bring it down to your car parked out front or to whatever transportation will be taking you home.
While you are staying at your Disney Resort hotel, make sure to utilize
Resort Transportation to its fullest potential. I love arriving at my Resort hotel and not having to think about a single mode of transportation throughout my visit. Since you are staying at one of the All Star Resorts, you will be making use of bus transportation to get to all of Disney's theme parks and Disney Springs. It is important to use the
My Disney Experience App to monitor bus arrival times at the resort, especially if you have a trek to the closest bus stop. Always plan to arrive 10 minutes before your bus is scheduled so you are first in line and ready to head off to the theme parks. Sometimes they are a little early and there is nothing worse than missing your bus and having to wait longer than you expected!
Happy Planning,
Jenna
