Do standard rooms at the Polynesian Resort have balconies or patios? We are traveling with children age 3 and 7 and would love a place to sit while they fall asleep.

Hi, Corrine! Many of the standard rooms at the Polynesian Resort do have patios or balconies.  The second-floor rooms in many of the longhouses do not have either.  I would call and note my preference on my reservation if I were you.  I actually like the patios better than the balconies, but both are nice to have. When you check-in, double-check with the the Cast Member which floor you are on and request a change if necessary.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
