We have a standard room in the Caribbean Beach resort in Oct 15. I am a grandma with arthritis. I am traveling with two adults (my grown kids) and grandson. How can I get a murphy bed so that I can have a bed to myself. It is critical for me.

Hi, Hope! During a recent renovation, Caribbean Beach Resort added the Murphy bed option in most of the standard rooms.  To help increase your chances of getting one, you really just have to note it on your reservation.

I suggest calling 407-939-1936, which is the resort reservation line.  Speak with the cast member on the phone and explain the medical condition that requires you to have your own bed, and they can note it on your reservation.  The reason I suggest calling is because they can be more specific about your need that way, and it will help to improve your odds of scoring a Murphy bed room.

When you arrive at the front desk, just ask again about the room.  They can double check for you, and in the event that they do not have the accommodation available at that moment, they might be able to finagle some things and get what you need.

I will keep my fingers crossed and send some virtual pixie dust!
