We are on the standard DDP for our trip this May. The new alcohol option is great but I have some questions. Would you be able to have an alcoholic drink included for buffets? We have breakfast reservations at Tusker house & dinner at Ohana.

Hello Amber, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thank you for bringing us your question about Dining Plans for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  I'm glad to hear you already have been planning, with dining reservations in place.

With 2019 Dining Plans, all guests may select a specialty beverage, such as a milkshake or smoothie, with their meal entitlements (at dining locations where specialty beverages are offered.)  Guests 21 years of age and older may choose an alcoholic beverage when redeeming a Quick-Service or Table-Service entitlement.  I am happy to let you know that this includes buffet dining, in locations where alcoholic beverages are available.  When dining at a buffet, guests redeeming Dining Plan credits may enjoy coffee or tea in addition to an adult beverage.

Please let us know if you have additional questions about Disney Dining Plans, or if there is anything else we can assist you with for your vacation.

    Bon appetit!
